Adopting a special silicone ingredient, SPRAY LUBRICANT can form a protective film on the metallic surface to prevent the surface from contact with moisture and air, thus preventing the surface from oxidizing and rusting. It is widely applied in the protection of precision components, electric fitting contacts, iron and steel parts as well as supersensitive components. With high permeating ability, it is commonly used in the maintenance of machines, armament, electric tools, and precision instruments. It can stop the squeaking of chairs, door hinges, metal gates, and vehicle parts, in mean meantime, eliminating moisture to prevent the surface from corroding and making sure of its good lubricating performance.
USAGE DIRECTION:
1. Application: Shake the Penetrating Oil well to ensure proper mixing of the ingredients. Spray the oil directly onto the rusty or stuck parts you want to loosen or lubricate. For precise application, you can also use a brush or applicator.
2. Wait and Penetrate: Allow the Penetrating Oil some time to work its magic. Depending on the severity of the rust or tightness, you may need to let the oil sit for a few minutes to a few hours. The oil will seep into the joints and help loosen the parts.
3. Loosening: After the Penetrating Oil has had time to penetrate, attempt to move or loosen the stuck parts. If needed, gently tap or use appropriate tools to help with the disassembly process. The oil should make it easier to break the rust or corrosion bond.
4. Clean up: Once you've successfully loosened the parts, clean off any excess oil using a clean cloth. This will help prevent dirt and debris from sticking to the lubricated areas.
